Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s delivery status.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@myhairlovesbatana.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged item after review.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can assist with a claim or replacement.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items are shipped.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
